Mark Porter is Chairman and CEO of High Wire Networks, a leading global provider of managed cybersecurity and technology services, based in Batavia, Illinois. He founded the industry-leading Overwatch division in 2019– delivering 24/7/365 Managed Cybersecurity Services for IT Firms and service providers and their clients.
Mr. Porter has more than 23 years of technology and industry experience and has accepted numerous industry awards including Frost and Sullivan Frost Radar Award, Channel Partner Insight’s Channel Chief of the Year and Field Service USA’s Most Innovative Approach to Service Delivery.
He serves as a mentor for the INCubator Entrepreneurship Program at Batavia High School.

Stephen LaMarche has more than 25 years of executive leadership in the technology industry with a strong track record of leading growth for private and publicly traded companies.
Mr. LaMarche brings extensive experience in sales & marketing, product and service innovation, finance and operational management. He also has expertise in M&A strategy and execution, including the integration of combined organizations.
Most recently, he was the CEO of Unified Technologies, a professional, managed IT, cloud-based security and VoIP solutions company. When the company was acquired by USTelePacific Corp. (TPx), he was named Senior Vice President of Products and Business Development for the newly formed managed IT services operating unit.

In those roles, he had a strong track record of success, with direct P&L responsibility for businesses with revenues up to $400 million, including international operations and acquisition integration.
Several years ago, Mr. Kruse transitioned to business coaching and has helped more than 30 leadership teams define and achieve their vision.
