Partner-Led Service Delivery
Over 8 months, High Wire collaborated effectively with a global value added reseller to deploy thousands of wireless Access Points. This included providing network cabling to over 2,000 stores across the U.S. and Guam for a major retail company. The partner leveraged High Wire’s project managers and field technicians, and High Wire delivered as promised. This included meeting the changing needs of the project by providing more technicians and project managers and accelerating the volume of sites per week.
In less than a year High Wire serviced 2,100 stores across the U.S. and Guam, installed over 12,000 Access Points, deployed 2 million feet of Cat6 Cable, completed more than 500 wireless surveys, and trained 300 technicians to get the job done at all the stores at the scheduled times.
