High Wire Networks recently jumped in to help a new value-added reseller (VAR) partner who needed to replace a failing contractor in the middle of a Meraki rollout at a chain of American family entertainment center restaurants. High Wire took control of the project and made critical improvements to make sure we met the needs of our partner and the end customer.
A team of High Wire project managers, solutions architects, remote technical support and field technicians completed a nationwide rollout at more than 400 locations within 120 days. We provided the subject matter experts, both remote and on-site, and replaced another vendor mid-stream for our partner. We stepped in, ramped up and worked until their customer was satisfied. In this multisite deployment, our field technicians not only decommissioned equipment but also installed a variety of BoMs at these stores, which included Meraki MX-67 gear, 48-port switches and access points overnight in retail environments. They secured the site from the manager and delivered the installation and cutover, as well as the security of the physical site. They also worked closely with the customer in observing and reporting any issues with the restaurant’s games or other environmental issues for remediation.
