A Message From the COO

To all our partners and customers, thank you for your cooperation and support during these unprecedented times.  It has been and continues to be a privilege to support you during this pandemic and as we start to return to near normal levels of operations.

I am proud of how the High Wire Networks team pulled together to:

• Ensure business continuity for ourselves, our partners and customers.
• Taken on new assignments, worked extensive (and exhausting) hours and maintained high levels of motivation during troubling times.
• Deliver to our customers despite challenging travel and logistics.
• Worked diligently to protect the health and safety of our service teams and customers in the field.
• Meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Follow strict travel protocols to minimize risk to our team and our customers. In partnership with you we have been able to comply with end customer protocols for site access and activities.  

We are pleased that while customers are struggling with pandemic related impacts to their business we have been able to alleviate some of their concerns by continuing to provide consistent, uninterrupted, service and support.  In addition we have been engaged in new opportunities, technologies and creative use of our services to mitigate impact due to Covid-19.
