The idiom “time is of the essence” took on new meaning at the start of the new year. High Wire Networks (HWN) was tasked by a new client, a value added reseller partner, to deploy WiFi solutions for a national auto body shop: to conduct physical site and WiFi predictive surveys and to install access points at nearly 350 locations in a matter of six weeks.
In spite of the short window of time to execute a complex project, HWN’s easy to engage process, layered with subject matter expertise and efficiency, allowed the partner to successfully deploy the WiFi Solutions on time and on budget.
Detailed numerically in the graph, High Wire technicians delivered predictive surveys and installations concurrently throughout the two months. On several occasions, they delivered services at upwards of 31 sites per day across the United States.
The VAR partner leveraged HWN’s solid project management team to fill one of their organizational gaps. HWN’s project management and engineers offered the partner resources and WiFi expertise to guarantee successful deployments, including an extensive project workbook, daily team calls covering all aspects of the projects, weekly scheduled customer calls, and consistent communication with field technicians. HWN’s project managers provided their large pool of global technicians a customized survey report template and a step-by-step installation checklist containing pre-install, install and post install and testing guidelines for every location.
In all, High Wire Networks installed more than 1,500 new APs on behalf of the partner, providing their end customer with wider WiFi coverage, both indoors and outdoors, at nearly 350 locations.
